Waldo is a decorated Air Force F-16 fighter pilot and led combat missions in Iraq and Serbia where he learned the power of resilience, courage, teamwork and trust. After his military service, he earned an MBA and managed several sales teams in tech and finance. His leadership & real-world sales and business experience afford him the skills necessary to train leaders and companies worldwide.
A high energy military speaker, Waldo has worked with clients such as American Express, Siemens, and Merck, and has been featured on CNN, CNBC, Fox News, MSNBC, The Harvard Business Review, the Wall Street Journal, and Entrepreneur Magazine, Waldo is also the founder and President of The Wingman Foundation, a 501(c)(3) whose mission is to raise funds and awareness for soldiers, veterans and their families in need.
